The Eastern Student Center project involved the comprehensive renovation and interior fit-out of a 5,700 SF facility located in Sterling, Virginia, for the County Public School System. The work included a complete interior gut renovation to create a modernized environment tailored to the needs of students, staff, and administrative users.

The project scope encompassed the full replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems to enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and code compliance. Additional improvements included roofing upgrades and minor site work, along with associated utility modifications to support overall building performance.

Interior spaces were reconfigured and reconstructed with upgraded layouts and significantly improved finishes, resulting in a functional, durable, and welcoming educational environment.
