This project involved the ground-up construction of a new single-story commercial sales center located in Bonita Springs, FL. The building features a structural combination of CMU and metal stud walls, wood trusses, and a standing seam metal roof. The project required complete site development—from clearing, excavation, import fill, grading, full landscaping, and paving.

This project won 2nd Place in FCBIA’s Best Commercial Construction – Build and Design Division!
