1650 Tysons 9th Floor Spec Suites

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The project consisted of the construction and fit-out of approximately 19,000 SF of speculative office space divided into four tenant-ready office suites. The scope included a complete interior build-out consisting of demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings, doors and hardware, demountable glass office storefront systems, glazing, flooring, millwork, and finish installations.

The work also included modifications and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to support the new suite layouts, including HVAC distribution, lighting and controls, power and data infrastructure, and life safety system coordination. Each suite was designed to provide flexible workplace environments incorporating private offices, conference rooms, open work areas, collaboration spaces, and support spaces.
