ADI Construction was engaged to build out The Best Sandwich Place at the prestigious 2100 L Street, NW location. This boutique sandwich shop located in the heart of Washington DC included a new kitchen, service counter, and bar as well as dining areas with indoor and outdoor seating, new restrooms and high-end finishes. The project was completed despite numerous challenges including upgrades to gas and power services, coordination with Pepco and WSSC as well as working through an occupied 10 story building for exhaust duct feeds from the roof.
