For this multi-space project, ADI Construction built 4 separate spec suites for our client within the historic Uline Arena and Uline Ice House located in the NoMa neighborhood at 1140 3rd St., NE, Washington, DC. These high-end spec suites included glass office walls and doors, polished concrete floors, wood paneling, rock paneled feature walls as well as solid surface pantries with ceramic tile accents. These spaces were so successful that they were leased prior to ADI completion date. Subsequent tenant adjustments were made so as to allow occupancy upon completion for the Why Hotel company.
