Renovations of the existing Main Club House at RTJ Golf Club.

Our work included full renovations of the Main Level gathering rooms including the Bar Lounge, Mixed Grille, Solarium and State Room. ADI also converted the existing outdoor terraces to two new covered terraces complete with copper roofs, finished ceilings, ceiling fans, ornamental cast stone columns, glass railings and operable screening for inclement weather protection during events.

The project presented a number of challenges including partnering with the architect and client to assist with the design intent meeting constructability standards, complete shutdown of the Pro Shop so as to gain access to the necessary structural upgrades in the ceilings above the Pro Shop for constructing the new covered terraces and working through a couple of major snowstorms!
