ADI Construction was tasked with building a four-story high-end condominium building in the nation’s capital. This ground-up building was encased in tight space surrounded by occupied townhomes. The new condominium features a beautiful rooftop terrace and private patios. Hardwood flooring throughout the condos, along with stone detailing in the showers, with marble countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen.
