Lumin Health, located in in Bethesda, Maryland focused on the interior fit-out of an esketamine treatment facility designed to provide a safe, comfortable environment for patients receiving monitored treatment. The scope included private treatment rooms, patient observation and recovery areas, provider offices, reception and waiting areas, medication storage, staff support spaces, and ADA-compliant restrooms.

The project included the installation and coordination of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support the clinic’s operations, along with nurse call, security, lighting, and technology systems. Construction was completed in accordance with applicable healthcare codes and standards to provide a functional, patient-centered treatment facility.
