This project involved the ground-up construction of a 6,500 square-foot building and the development of associated infrastructure within the Creekside Medical Complex Center of Excellence in Florida. Spanning a total area of 0.34 acres, the scope of work included key activities such as the construction of an earth dike and sediment basin, site preparation through cleaning and removal of topsoil, grading, and the installation of new utilities. Additional work encompassed storm sewer installation, curb and gutter construction, and final paving. The project also features the creation of high-end interior medical facilities built to DaVita standards, ensuring top-quality healthcare environments.
