ADI completed the demolition and build-out of an existing coffee shop and transformed the space into a new pizza shop in Crystal City. This project was challenging due to an aggressive schedule coordinated down to the hour and a lack of interior space. The new build-out included new gas utilities, installation of 2 Capitive-Aire pizza hoods, marble service countertops, sneeze guards and new millwork. The floor was finished in a four-phase stain process, which resulted in a marble-like finish with stars scattered throughout. The exterior façade facing the mall was completed in a thin brick, which was painted and then stenciled with the logo.
