At the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, ADI rebuilt the façade of this structure, while completing interior work as well. This portion of the project included tuckpointing, brick replacement, bulged brick repairs, new vertical control joints, the removal and rebuild of the backup wall, as well as the insulation for this. A new shelf angle was installed with flashing, and flashing was also applied to the window lintel.
