Unlike any other within the Crystal City Shops, ADI constructed a unique storefront for TechShop. The design utilized an acoustically rated glazing system, steel c-channels, high-end Moz panels and batten strips. In addition to the storefront, ADI performed the landlord work in preparation for TechShop - extensive concrete and tile demolition, coupled with over 10,000 sf of Ardex installation. Throughout this process, ADI worked concurrently with TechShop’s general contractor, navigating through unforeseen conditions, tight schedules and changing designs to deliver the store and storefront on time.
