This project consisted of three high-end town homes located two blocks from the new Washington Convention Center. The construction was proffered by a separate real estate development transaction, which included infilling the remaining empty lots on the block between “N” & “M” Streets, NW. The units were constructed with masonry and precast concrete façade, 10’ floor heights, wood and stone floors, stone countertops, stone baths, ornate balconies at two levels, on-site parking and a historic shared Carriage House.
