Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll take on a position of great responsibility, serving as the main point of contact for project execution. You will lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management of commercial interior projects—ensuring quality, client satisfaction, and successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with Superintendents and Assistant Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoicing, and billing.
- Conduct weekly project meetings and oversee quality control.
- Serve as primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Develop and maintain strong client, building owner, and stakeholder relationships.
- Provide accurate project cost, budget, and cash flow analysis.
- Utilize Procore and Microsoft Project to manage all aspects of project performance.
- Motivate and guide project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Required
- 10+ years of construction industry experience, including 5–10 years in project management.
- Four-year degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, contracts, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plan sets.
- Mastery of Procore (or comparable Project Management Program), Financial tools and scheduling in Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
