Construction Project Manager
Construction Project Managers take on a position of great responsibility for ADI Construction. As the lead contact for our clients, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of each project. These responsibilities include bidding and subsequent contracting with both the owners and subcontractors. Weekly and timely tracking of RFIs, Change Orders, Monthly Owner Requisitions and Subcontractor Invoices and Billings.
Maintaining the ongoing relationship management of our clients is of preeminent importance. Project Managers should have experience in the following:
- Building relationships and projects
- Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP plans and specifications
- Proficient in project accounting, project scheduling (Microsoft Project)
- Proficient in Procore, Word, Excel, Outlook
Senior Construction Project Manager
A Senior Construction Project Managers take on a position of great trust and responsibility for ADI Construction.
As not only the lead contact for our clients, the Senior Project Manager is also called on to mentor and coach company employees in the practices and activities required for the overall success of each project.
Although a senior leadership role, the Senior Project Manager will be called upon to run work as well, especially on larger and more complicated projects. The responsibilities include bidding and subsequent contracting with both the owners and subcontractors. This includes the daily monitoring of safety and cleanliness of your assigned project. As the lead company representative on site, the Superintendent affects the reputation and success of ADI Construction on a daily basis.
Traveling Superintendents should have experience in the following:
- Ability and flexibility to travel and adapt to multiple jurisdictional requirements, including local codes and regulations
- Foster good working relationships with local code officials and inspectors
- Knowledge of construction materials, means and methods, trade construction
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP plans and specifications
- Quality control
- OSHA Safety Regulaitons
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software
Commercial Construction Project Superintendent

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and associated software
Construction Estimator
The Role:
- Prepares both bids and budgets through thorough review of project drawings, specifications, and documents – utilizing subcontractor input, material costs, labor rates, and historical data.
- Consults with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Interfaces with other individuals in the organization to obtain support and commitment to the cost estimates.
- Organizes and manages a centralized cost estimating database and a formal process to support cost estimating to ensure historical data is utilized.
- Analyzes completed projects to compare estimated costs to actual costs and determine the reason for any discrepancies. Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
- Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Project Management software, Word, Excel, and Acrobat software. Procore is a plus.
