Accounting Clerk
As an Accounting Clerk you will be responsible for compile and maintain accounting records, including working with vendors and service providers to reconcile purchase orders, and paying invoices by writing checks or using electronic payment methods. Transactions are typically approved by a supervisor before payment. Other responsibilities include compiling reports on a regular, scheduled basis to reconcile cash transactions related to organizational expenditures..
Responsibilities:
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
- Processing accounts and incoming payments for multiple projects, client invoicing, and budgeting
- Thoroughly review costs related to each project for subcontractor invoicing
- Actively communicate with Project Managers to ensure all bills and invoices are accurate
- Resolve any accounting related issues with team members to complete AP in a timely manner
- Accounts Payable duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Processing and monitoring incoming payments
- Utilizes computerized accounting software programs (Procore, Prolog, Acumatica, Excel, Microsoft Office) to perform duties and responsibilities.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- College level accounting classes or accounting degree or 1-3 years hands-on accounting experience
- 2 years of Construction related accounting desired
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently
- Detail oriented, well-organized, and driven
- Ability to work independently
Commercial Construction Project Superintendent
As a Construction Superintendent, you will provide overall leadership and supervision to all on-site activities, ensure that work is completed according to a project’s planned schedule and provide top-notch quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule subcontractors
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation
- Coordinate construction services and activities
- Keep project on schedule
- Ensure all installation is correct per drawings and specifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience required
- Proficient in Windows operating systems and associated software
- Experience working on smartphones and tablets
- Ability to work with numerous contractors and sub-contractors in an efficient manner
Project Engineer
As a Project Engineer specialist you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager and/or Senior Project Manager with the daily management, supervision, coordination, and successful completion of the project(s) to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, submittals, and contract administration functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Superintendent and Project Manager with the overall plan for construction of the project
- Assist with preparing the job start-up and close-out checklists
- Maintain Mission Control updates for submittals, contracts, insurances, and material tracking
- Prepare, expedite, and monitor logs for tracking shop drawings, contract documents, submittals, request for information, change orders, material delivery logs and other logs as determined necessary for a successful project
- With the Superintendents and PMs, monitor and expedite the delivery of materials
- Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, and contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents
- Keep the Project Manager fully informed in a timely fashion with regard to any and all problem areas on the project
- Maintain good relationships with the owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, municipal authorities and company personnel involved with the project
- Actively participate and/or lead post-bid, buyout, coordination, lead team, subcontractor, scheduling and other meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes/packets as directed by Project Manager
- Help maintain and Track Project Closeout Activities with Project Support Admin
- Construction background is highly recommended
- Experience in scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Procore Construction Management Software is a plus
- Strong typing skills are highly recommended
- Demonstrate the ability to perform in areas: client relationship, interpersonal skills, computer skills, safety/insurance, ability to communicate; both written and oral
- Ability to read/Interpret Blueprints and Specifications is preferred

Commercial Construction Project Manager
As an ADI Construction Project Manager, you are responsible for leading, directing and coordinating the day-to-day management and execution of construction projects. You are expected to manage client expectations and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to plan, execute and bring projects to completion on time and on budget
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and Assistant Project Managers throughout the life of the project
- Manage RFI’s, submittals, process all Change Orders and billing of invoices, etc.
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Initiate and maintain liaison with Clients, Architects, and Engineer contacts, to facilitate construction activities
- Motivate and direct the team to ensure the delivery of a successful project
- 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Interiors
- Ability to read and understand all construction documents, blueprints, structural drawings and plan sets
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes
- Conduct weekly project meetings
- Ensure project quality control
