The Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) went under a complete tenant build-out. This work involved coordination with government contractors, which included the remodel of two full floor suites and one partial floor of the building, all under a tight schedule. This space employs high-end finishes and a state-of-the-art Lutron efficient system with daylight harvesting.
