In the heart of Washington, DC, ADI completed the construction of a high-end restaurant, two full floors, for a renowned chef. Features of this space include exposed brick walls, installation of a high-tech kitchen, sliding barn doors, and specialty stone for the bar. To keep the quiet, romantic atmosphere, fireplaces grace the waiting areas, along with the installation of drop pendant lights, and recessed lighting to keep the soft glow throughout the space. The storefront to this restaurant was renovated while keeping up with the requirements for the historical designation to this building.
