ADI Construction completed a new single-story medical building for DaVita Dialysis. ADI developed the entire site, including the replacement of a 3-foot undercut of unsuitable soils prior to construction, and was still able to complete the project on time and within budget. The project features a 30-foot cantilevered entrance canopy. As you enter the space, you are greeted by two dry-stacked, stone feature walls in the waiting area leading into the treatment areas.
