ADI performed surgical demolition of an existing office, seamlessly blending new construction with existing elements, to build a striking new space. While economical due to reuse of components, the project shows as a brand new space due to strong attention to detail. With a four-TV panel display in the reception area and multiple screens in each conference room, the required blocking and coordination with Samsung’s audio/visual consultants was paramount. Other features include wood veneer conference room entrances and numerous glass walls to bring natural light into the space.
