ADI Construction completed the renovation and re-design of the James Building main lobby, reception area and elevator lobby, while also improving the handicap ramp for RiverHouse Apartments. This space was designed to keep a consistent theme with the rest of the buildings within the complex, while also implementing new high-end finishes and modern updates, compared to the previous two renovations. Coordination between the architect, designer and ADI was a crucial element during this fast paced schedule - which included maintaining accessibility for the 600+ residents that occupy the building.
