ADI Construction was responsible for installing a new rooftop chiller and screen wall for the newly renovated Crystal City TechShop. ADI worked closely with the structural engineer and metals contractor to develop an economical and structurally sound solution due to the fact that the roof structure was different than what was represented on the drawings. This project also required a great deal of planning, including the order of the chiller 10 weeks in advance, and coordination with the crane operation with street and sidewalk closure.
