ADI Construction was tasked with this turn-key tenant build-out of Sierra Nevada Corporation’s WDCO facility. This project was completed under an extremely tight schedule and endured multiple change orders with only a minimal shift in deadline. The project required design interpretation and fast coordination with subcontractors. Unique features in this space include a sheer descent water wall, custom cherry wainscot paneling and reception desk, imported metal acoustical ceiling tile, stacked stone walls and imported decorative glass.
