The goal of this project was to provide a multi-phased implementation of the renovation of 9,000 sf of space within the INOVA Hospital. The scope included the installation of two Special Procedures operating rooms, along with the required Prep and Technical support areas. Extremely careful collaboration was required for the renovation of the public corridors in the work area, which consisted of all new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. All of the work occurred on the first floor, in close proximity to one of the main lobbies, and required that all work be staged so as to allow for uninterrupted use and access to all adjacent areas. ADI successfully engaged the hospital staff project team to satisfy all of the hospital requirements throughout construction.
