If you are interested in working with ADI Construction as a subcontractor, please fill out our Pre-Qualification form. These can be returned via email (info@adigc.com).
ADI Construction requests that all subcontractors invoice using the standard AIA Application for payment. If you need help, contact us at accounting@adigc.com.
For bids over $500,000 please be able to provide:
- Two years of financials
- Three of your most recent projects
- Three references
- Line of Credit (LOC) letter dated within the last 30 days
