This project consisted of a fit-out of over 8,000 sf of shell space, which included offices, conferences rooms, and gorgeous bathrooms. The work included all new MEPs. ADI completed this project on schedule despite having a mandatory delay of the start date and numerous significant changes throughout construction. The bathrooms feature full porcelain and glass tile walls and floors with solid-surface vanities.
