During a phased remodel, ADI Construction expanded the existing dialysis clinic into an adjacent space, while maintaining all of the existing clinic’s functionality. Work within the existing clinic required careful coordination and excellent oversight to provide outstanding noise and dust control, as the dialysis center remained fully occupied throughout construction. This project utilized the latest developments in LED lighting - greatly reducing the clinic’s energy consumption.
