ADI Construction began working in April of 2013 during one of the wettest Spring/Summer seasons in years. This project is a brand new, ground up building for DaVita Dialysis on a 4 acre site. This project included the clearing of the site, bringing in all utilities, all exterior paving - including a roadway for medical vehicles, private driveway, parking and drive aisles. ADI also added two retention ponds - one for filtering run off of storm water and one dry pond. While dealing with an already tight schedule, workers had to deal with an abundant amount of subsurface rock. Once that challenge was overcome, ADI was able to pour the concrete base and erect the steel core. The exterior of the building was finished with brick work and an exterior insulated fenestration system veneer.
