ADI was selected as the general contractor to complete the interior renovation / construction of this Shady Grove Fertility Clinic on the 5th floor of a fully occupied medical building. The project was broken into two phases in order for the space to be open, occupied and operational after the conclusion of the first phase. This space features class “A” finishes while also meeting the high standards of the medical requirements for hospital grade use. This renovation included the creation of an IVF lab, Operation room, HSG room and recovery bays.
