Originally built in 1910, 909 E St. NW was an old warehouse building. It was restored and renewed by Douglas Development in 2018. ADI worked with Wingate Hughes and DDC to adapt and reuse the 5th and 6th Floors of this old warehouse space into the beautiful new corporate offices for Anduril Industries.
