This build-out of over 14,000 sq ft of Spec Suites, Amenities Area and Common Area renovations included open area polished concrete floors accented by a glass enclosed conference room. The ceiling in the conference room includes an integral wood slate and linear lighting fixture layout. Live walls with custom moss and reclaimed barn wood accents were used at the Amenities booths. Powder coated banker wire with LED accent lighting was also used in the Spec Suites reception areas.
