This project received two awards from NAIOP: “Best Interiors, Tenant Space 0-14,999 s.f.” and “Best Environmentally Responsible/Green Construction.” LEED™ points were awarded for the use of the following: green materials; waste management, in which 80% of construction materials were sorted & recycled; ambient lighting; and ADI worked with local producers to minimize transportation costs.
