Designed by LSM, the new headquarters now spans two floors of a Class A office building, which displays the style and elegance expected from Vornado. It is LEED qualified with rigorous design details carefully scrutinized by the designer. These include the alignment of stone floor tile joints with glass joints, drywall corners and reveals. The project included two ultra modern public restrooms. The main suite entry is surrounded by seamless stainless steel and wow-factor Depp glass. A rarely seen innovative Italian glass wall and door system, by Gemino, fills the entire space with light from the perimeter.
