The International Premium Cigar & Pipe Retailers Association obtained new space in Washington, DC. ADI built-out two floors for their new offices and completed some minor exterior renovations, while also making sure the new space was ADA compliant, including a new access lift. Custom HVAC controls, which feature a specialized humidifier, were installed for the conference room and cigar lounge.
