ADI completed the demolition of the existing mailroom and storage spaces to create a brand new 30,000 sf training facility and conference room for the Small Business Administration in the basement of the building. The conference room can be divided into three smaller rooms, if needed, by hidden partitions or used as one large facility. This project required 40 tons of steel to mount the floating, sound proofed ceiling. Another phase of the project included a break room on the 7th and 8th floors.
