ADI Construction completed the demolition of three floors in an 8-story office building. Two floors completed were white boxes, with the featured 5th floor consisting of a high-end spec suite geared toward a technology company. This LEED Silver interior renovation reconfigured rooms and common areas, including renovations to the elevator lobby while the floor was partially occupied. The main features include LED cove lighting, an intricately detailed back splash and bold colors scattered throughout the space.
