The improvements made to 1199 North Fairfax consisted of the build-out of the 2nd floor spec suites, the demolition and white box to the 9th floor suite, and the remodel to the 8th floor spec suites. This project also included renovating the 2nd, 4th, and 8th floor elevator lobbies. ADI completed the renovations and improvements to this space under a tight schedule while the building remained occupied.
