A complete renovation transformed a tired, traditional government office into a state-of-the-art space. The project included the renovation of the 1st, 5th and 6th floors, with a new interior staircase connecting the 5th and 6th floors. A new exterior stainless steel and glass entry was added to the 1st floor as well. Despite numerous delays from winter storms and delay of approval for the interior staircase, this project was completed on schedule to allow DDS to move in on time. Enhanced features include automatic and sliding doors, as well as adjustable height work stations. The space achieved the LEED Silver certification.
