ADI completed the full demolition of the penthouse and expanded the existing terrace by 40% in this upscale office building. The penthouse was transformed into a multipurpose room with ultra high finishes - including specialty color kinetics lighting and collapsible folding partitions from Germany. To expand the terrace, the slope of the roof had to be fixed, as the existing conditions were not correct and the side of the building had to be removed to install the NANA wall. This completed space is one to relax and enjoy the view.
