Unique and upscale features are abound in this space, including specialty lighting, electric glass, a modified roll-up gate, custom acrylic and laminate sliding doors, multiple conference facilities and meeting rooms. All were designed with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment, a number of ceiling variations, custom millwork and stainless steel elements, cork flooring inlays, an exotic copper accent wall and much more. Challenges on this fast track project included a 13 unit supplemental HVAC system and a new SCIF. ADI was awarded this contract based on 65% drawings and still finished on time and under budget.
