Ralph is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of project managers, marketing and business development personnel. He helps establish policies and procedures. Mr. Moore started his construction career as the owner of a small construction company, and currently has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction.

Stephen directs and oversees the day-to-day activities of his project management team. He establishes and implements procedures and organizational structure within the framework of broader corporate policy. Stephen is responsible for looking ahead and providing sound proactive directives that facilitate smooth execution of his projects. Stephen has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.
Keith is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and growth of profitable new business for ADI Construction. In addition, he provides executive oversight to direct and assist in maintaining effective key agency relationships, attracting new clients and generating leads for possible projects. Keith directs ADI Construction's involvement and activities within these groups to provide a consistent image with the goal of long-term growth for the company.
