Responsibilities:

- Work on various job sites with subcontractors.
- Be able to interact with the building management/staff, architects and owners.
- Maintain quality control and a safe environment.
- Provide two-week schedules, daily reports and Requests for Information.
- Assure the project is on schedule and all installation is correct per drawings and specifications.


Experience:

- 1-5 years experience as a superintendent.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Read and understand blue prints.
- Ability to adjust to changing assignments with ease.
- Ability to organize and schedule subcontractors.

Responsibilities:

- Manage own projects; plan work schedule, determine manpower levels and project objectives, policies and procedures; initiate and maintain liaison with client, architect and/or engineer.
- Provide technical assistance with interpretation of drawings, methods and equipment needed.
- Represent company in project meetings.
- Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest.
- Prepare bids and proposal submissions to clients.


Experience:

- 5+ years of experience/knowledge in New Construction / Base Building commercial projects.
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

- Assist the Project Manager with various projects.
- Manage project direction by creating and managing submittal logs, transmittals, change orders, project directory, etc.
- Ability to manage various contracts.


Experience:

- Must be business oriented.
- College degree preferred.
- Ability to adapt and apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize performance.
- Able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Prolog.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Project Team with various tasks.
- Review project plans, bid documents and proposals; issue Requests for Proposals and follow-up.
- Set up and maintain all job-site records.
- Document quality and progress of each subcontractor.
- Assist in managing the close out process.


Experience:

- Flexible and able to work well in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage tasks and priorities.
- Seek continuous improvement of knowledge and abilities.
- Create and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors.
