Jim directs the day-to-day operations of the company, including the project management, estimating and accounting. He is responsible for formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, while ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. Jim has been employed in the construction industry for over 40 years.



Ralph

Ralph Moore
Executive Vice President, LEED AP

Ralph is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of project managers, marketing and business development personnel. He helps establish policies and procedures. Mr. Moore started his construction career as the owner of a small construction company, and currently has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction.




Steve

Stephen Williamson, CHC
Vice President – Base Building Construction

Stephen directs and oversees the day-to-day activities of his project management team. He establishes and implements procedures and organizational structure within the framework of broader corporate policy. Stephen is responsible for looking ahead and providing sound proactive directives that facilitate smooth execution of his projects. Stephen has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years.



Keith

Keith Good
Vice President

Keith is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and growth of profitable new business for ADI Construction. In addition, he provides executive oversight to direct and assist in maintaining effective key agency relationships, attracting new clients and generating leads for possible projects. Keith is a member of AGC of DC, NAIOP VA, NAIOP MD/DC, CORENET, IFMA, AIA and Innovative Solutions Consortium. Keith directs ADI Construction's involvement and activities within these groups to provide a consistent image with the goal of long-term growth for the company.



Glenn

Glenn Davis
Vice President

With 30 years of commerical construction experience, Glenn supervises and guides his project management team through day-to-day activities. He plans, staffs, and supervises all assigned team activities through subordinate managers. He provides advice, and direction to his team members as it relates to the construction projects under his team’s control. He assists with his team’s professional development through training, communication, delegation of responsibility, and delegation of authority.



Erica

Erica Bazow
Vice President, Business Development

Erica is responsible for the business development efforts for each of ADI Construction’s concentration areas. She effectively builds relationships with commercial real estate professionals and end users to position ADI as a strategic partner in the real estate decision-making process, as it relates to Construction. She assists with overall client management for new and existing clients. Throughout the course of a project, she assists the Project Management Team to ensure client satisfaction. Erica firmly believes the power of relationships help to solve complex business issues by facilitating corporate agility, innovation, culture and collaboration with all invested parties.
